BIOGRAPHY

Frank Marine is the former President of Texas Molecular and currently leads the development of VLS Texas Molecular's PFAS business. Since 2017, he has overseen the safe injection of over 140 million gallons of hazardous and non-hazardous PFAS and AFFF wastes, handling waste from refineries, chemical plants, airports, and other industries across the U.S.

Frank has been involved in managing high-profile environmental projects, including major fires and derailments. He is also an active member of the Deer Park Community Advisory Council and leads outreach efforts to local, state, and federal officials.
