BIOGRAPHY

Jeaniece Slater is a General Manager at West Morgan–East Lawrence Water and Sewer Authority, with over 25 years of experience across the construction, design, and operation of water and wastewater systems. Her career advanced from plant-level operations to her current leadership role.

Jeaniece has led every phase of WMELWSA's full-scale reverse osmosis treatment facility for PFAS removal, which was commissioned in 2021 and is recognized as the world's largest PFAS mitigation project. Under her oversight, the plant operates at 11.3 million gallons per day and is expanding to 16 MGD.
